Sorry. I looked it up and it looks like Amazon doesn't allow total global rights for the Kindle store due to copyright laws. I'm sure they'll be global one day.

It shows up for Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.fr and Amazon.de.

Once it's free, you might be able to get away with going to Amazon.com and sending it to your Kindle (if you have a Kindle).

Of course, if you have a Kindle, can you get any other books? Because I've listed mine to sell anywhere I can get it sold. Perhaps a publisher has to work out more selling rights or something.

Although I don't have kindle I must say two things:

1. thanks for your generosity, it's always nice to see some initiative like this
2. thanks for amazon for making it possible to people to publish their books much, much easier in any standard, typical publishement. (i know it's because the lack of costs, but it may encourage so many people to continue writing not only to the shelf)
