Honestly, it's a forgettable experience. If you want to play CoD and haven't tried any of them yet, get MW2.

6 hour forgettable campaign with imbalanced and broken (once again) multiplayer

I've been wondering this too.

MW3 is only £20 on amazon and i haven't played a Multiplayer FPS for a while. I was looking at BF3 but it requires Origin so not intrested in that at all.

If MW3 is bad, what is the best FPS multiplayer experience out there atm?

People have been saying really positive things about Battlefield 3, maybe try that one instead. When I want a CoD style FPS, I play World at War. Definitely the best game in the series.
Other than that, why not just play CS 1.6? It was like 1.50 pounds during the Christmas sale.

MW3 is a pain to run on a modern computer though (I have yet to succeed getting it to run well on this computer, and it is questionable if you can call it modern).




(and no, I'm not that oblivious to whats going on, I just had to warn anyone interested in the game ;) ) CoD MW have a surprisingly good story actually. It is not amazing, but it is entertaining and both 1 & 2 had a few memourable moments.
