Daedolon: Stuff I'd love to get are a boxed EU Mr. Gimmick and a copy of Radiant Silvergun.

Well, there's currently a combo auctio for Mr. Gimmick and Stadium Events up for grabs on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Stadium-Events-Mr-Gimmick_W0QQitemZ140383659950QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_Vintage_Video_Games?hash=item20af84a7ae sadly none of them are boxed... But you should probably be prepared to part with a lot of money if you want to leave with that...
All in box -
Gabriel Knight 1 & 2
Tex Murphy Series
Wing Commander 3 & 4 (DVD version)
Crusader No Remorse/No Regret
Wife is trying to get me to start throwing stuff away, I tell her I expect to be buried with my old PC games...
Just got Commander Keen IV - Secret of the Oracle and Commander Keen - Goodbye Galaxy in the mail today. Sadly they're shareware versions, but damn are they delicious...
I should be getting a boxed Dungeon Keeper: Gold, which should be a nice addition to my collection...
My most treasured part of my collection is almost certainly my complete Suikoden collection for the PSOne, PS2 and Nintendo DS. This includes some chump titles like Suikoden Tactics, but I also have my pre-ordered copy of Suikoden 2 still, so that makes me happy.
I also love my pre-order copy of Chrono Cross complete with clock.
However, since this GoG situation is about PC games mostly--I'd have to say my copy of Planescape: Torment.

I just landed a copy of Suikoden 2 at MGC this weekend. After over a decade of lusting after it I finally managed to snag a copy at a price I was happy with (well if you can he happy with $80 for a copy which I was).
Arc the Lad Collection, Lunar and Lunar 2 for PS1. I love those box sets Working Designs made.
My most treasured was my boxed copy of Starship Titanic, signed by Douglas Adams. To my great regret it was lost in a fire, which also claimed my original boxed copies of UFO: Enemy Unknown and Terror From The Deep.

I guess I'd have to go with my still shrink-wrapped boxed copy of Toonstruck. I hope I can one day get it signed by Christopher Lloyd, but it probably will never happen.

I also have original boxed copies of Full Throttle, Alpha Centauri and Fallout that I'm probably going to keep indefinitely.

EDIT: If merchandise also counts, then there's the Red Alert 2 padded vest I won for coming third in a LAN contest at an internet cafe I used to frequent back in the day.

Nothing terribly old, some nice big box games like System Shock 2, Arcanum, Torment, Vampire TMR, Gabriel Knight, Nocturne, TLJ etc.
