Original boxed Monkey Island 1, with everything still intact and near-mint.

jungletoad: I think I'm most proud of my PS2 RPG section of my collection because I have all the Shin Megami Tensei games for that system.
You can see what I have in my collection at: www.backloggery.com/jt

You beat Battletoads? Seriously? That's fucking hardcore!

Aatami: I primarily collect PS1 games.
Vanguard Bandits. My god this game is a bitch to get a hold of.
Team Buddies.
Legend of Dragoon
Kula World
Trying to get my hands on Tactics Ogre, Let us Cling Together

I have a sealed copy of VB. Ditto Legaia. Eh. What's VB go for now on ebay? 100? 200? I think I paid $5 for it. Are you looking for PAL or NTSC?
My favorite game is probably one of the SIlent HIll Games, VtM:B, BG: DA, Castlevania games (I have all of them except the MSX one, Haunted Castle, and the TG16 Rondo), Shadow Hearts: Covenant, Legend of Dragoon, NWN Diamond, Jade Empire, Dynasty Warriors 3, Planescape or one of the FF games. Loved Arc the Lad:ToS too.
One game? Oh goodness. Probably SH1 or Planescape. Both great games and decently rare. Favorite collection? Shadowhearts Complete e.g. Koudelka & SH1-3. I'm one of maybe 3 people who got Sacnoth's obscure references to Koudelka in their games.
My most valuable is probably one of the Atlus ps1 games or the ps1 Working Designs collector's sets I have (in original box + goodies) or the Shin Megami Tensei games for the ps2. Ditto Jungletoad. I have most of them (all except P4 and Devil Summoner 2, I think). I also have P2, Maken X and most of the rest of the SMT/related games.
I should probably start selling them at some point. I have too many. I wish I had more time to play them. How was P4? It looks good, but I doubt I'll ever have the time to play it, so I was planning on picking up Revelations Persona for the PSP instead and play that while commuting. I sued to have the original but sold it because it drove me crazy. Figure I'd give the remake another shot.
Remember the Working Design Collector's Sets? My God, were they ever nice. I miss cloth maps, too Lou.

Planescape: Torment, with box, 4 Cd, and other good stuff.
I guess it would have to be my 3 discs that have this one cool game on them about vampires and bloodlines....
Then I have this other game whose subject matter involves steam and magicka...

Several times actually. I lost a large chunk of my childhood to that game.
I also beat Ninja Gaiden in a single life in about a 30 minute speed run. That often impresses people too.
I think I've lost some of my skill as I've gotten older though. I was indomitable at multiplayer games in my youth, but now I get routinely wasted online. I just didn't have as many games as a kid, so I devoted myself to the games I had. Now I buy them faster than I can play them and I rarely see a game to the credits roll. I've also got all the responsibilities of adulthood keeping me from playing as much as I used to. That's why most of the beaten games in my backloggery are NES games- it's from my youth when I would rent and borrow games, then play them for hours until I beat them and then move onto the next one. Back in the day though, I even got to state semi-finals in the Nintendo World Championships, and I still have the VIP pass to prove it (another treasured part of my collection). : )

Haha! I still have the Mario Paint painters cap and my tickets to one of those Nintendo things at the Jacob Javitts Center (won some mall videogame high score contest with SMB). Couldn't go, both my parents were working. Do you remember "The Wizard"? And how it made the powerglove, PoS that it was, look awesome in the NWC's?
Not that it would've mattered, if you beat Battletoads, you are much, much better than me at videogames.

I remember that scene very well. It always made me laugh out loud.
"I love the Power Glove. It's so bad." XD

Someone actually bothered to compile all the game-related errors made in that movie:

I want to figure out what's my most valued game possession but I can't put my finger on it. Nothing too rare, really.
Sadly I've always SUCKED at video games. My reflexes are terrible, and my eye to hand coordination are quite bad as well... It has always been like that, so I WILL lose every multiplayer game I play that isn't turn-based. That's why I mostly go for games that I can still enjoy even though I suck at them. Games that has original gameplay like Katamari Damacy or Sacrifice, or play games that requires no skill, only intelligence, like Heroes of Might and Magic, Baldur's Gate or SCUMM-based games.
Man, I look up to you guys.

I have this too, but one of my discs stopped working...

Those games in the list, I already have. It's just Tactics Ogre that i'm currently trying to get my hands on.

I actually have a Baldur's Gate II Collector's Edition I just had to grab on eBay for whatever reason (maybe because of all the love this game gets). Not sealed, and the Black Isle notepad is missing, but everything else is intact.
My most truly prized game, though?
It's my Steel Battalion set. There just isn't any other mech sim quite like it. (I'm rather irritated that there's no PC version since this is really a PC gamer's sort of game, not to mention being released on what was basically an IBM PC masquerading as a console to begin with, but so be it.)

Was there differences between the UK and US version? I remember getting a T-shirt in size medium, as well as some collectible cards, the soundtrack, 2 postcards, and a poster... And a map as well I think? But not a cloth map... Also, for some reason the CD case was a german version with "Schatten von Amn" written on it. But the discs themselves were in English...
