I don't watch many current shows. Mostly just old stuff. I did enjoy Lost when it was on and I'm somewhat looking forward to the 4th season of Fringe (although Season 3 wasn't as good as the stuff that came before).

I was gonna mention Justified, but isn't Season 2 already released?

I'm still halfway through Season 1. Loving it a lot.

If you enjoyed League of Gentleman then I think you will enjoy the humour of this. I loved the first series. I have the second series recorded to watch when the wife isn't around; she doesn't dig this kind of dark humour.

I've heard good things about that, but I don't think I get the channel for it.

I saw the books the other day for like 8$ a pop.

Are the books any good compared to the TV show? Are the plots almost the same or did the TV show get a significant makeover?

Yeah, my mother loves that one, but we don't get the channel so she buys the latest season each summer so that we can all watch it together.

Apparently, she's been waiting for the last season for over a month now though. Some problem with Amazon's distribution so it will most likely end up clashing with the fall shows ><.

Yes. In most cases the book is just more detailed, of course. Only several scenes from the book were changed in the series.

But game of thrones season 2 is coming next year's april... They did cancel Lie to me. And im not surprised, Season 3 sucked balls...
