Okay, I have this persistent problem when playing Morrowind. Whenever I make a character, no matter what I build, the agility is always at 0, no matter if I make agility a major stat. It's kind of embarrassing when a scrib knocks you down to the ground, so, anyone know how to fix this?

What version of the game do you have (retail, Steam etc)?
Is it fully patched?
Have you tried fully deleting the game, including all the settings stored in your documents folder and reinstalling the game?
Any mods installed?
Step 1: Uninstall the game
Step 2: Delete your install directory
Step 3: Install the game
Step 4: Patch the crap out of the game
You can start at 4, but the above is pretty much guaranteed to get the game to "work". Keep in mind it is Bethesda, so it will still be buggy as hell :p
It is the Steam Version, and yes, I have a few mods. One makes it so combat is like Oblivion (Contact Hits), I don't remember the exact site I got it from, realistic weather, Better Bodies, and I have the code batch and community patch. THat's it really. I made a backup before installing mods...should I just go ahead and reinstall the backup?
EDIT: Okay, very weird. I went to uninstall the game via the Morrowing GUI when you start it, and it wanted to INSTALL the game somewhere else....
Idea why the fuck it would do that?

Because Steam didn't set the registry. To uninstall in Steam: Right-click the game and "delete local content" or whatever.
And try disabling your mods. And I imagine the contact-hits mod needs the script extender, so make sure that is running.
Uninstall the game via Steam. Whatever exe you're using it's probably a leftover from the retail version.
Your problem is most likely due to a conflict between the community patch and the combat one.
You can also try and change modlist order, i.e. getting combat mod load last.

Know it sound crazy but . . . try praying at an altar in a church first . . .=)
Since agility is a stat tied to chance-to-hit percentage and you are at the same time using a mod that makes all hits connect to your opponent... well, let's just say I feel a connection :)
Either the mod is buggy or you didn't install it properly (check the readme thoroughly)
Anyway, to make sure, just disconnect the always/hit mod and start a new game to see if it was the problem, before you try other things.
And by the way, never get games from Steam if you want to mod them. Especially not games like Morrowind or Oblivion. ;)

Why? Steam has nothing to do with the OP's problem, and both Morrowind and Oblivion are fully moddable if you get them from steam (Steam changed their protection to reside in the launcher executable so even the Script mods that modify the game executable work).

Oh, its all good then. Because there were many problems with a lot of mods, mods that required OBSE and other things to run properly. But good to know that it has been fixed.

Common misconception.
Steam has no problems with games that are actually meant to be modded, because those load separate files. The only potential problem is if a specific patch is required, and even then those are pretty rare.
As for games that are not actually "meant to" be modded, these can have problems because you are changing existing files. These are things like unofficial patches and mods that are closer to hacks (involve changing texture files, bootstrapping things, etc). But by turning off auto-update and not verifying cache integrity, you will have no real problems. This can be problematic for older games (where this type of modding was widespread), but older games already have problems on Steam. Pretty much all newer games either support modding, or actively make it so you can't mod.
But either way, the whole "don't use Steam if you want to use mods" is a very common misconception that just isn't true. Obviously there are exceptions, but there are exceptions to every rule.
