I'll be impressed if they manage to pull this off.
There's probably five times as much voice-work to be done than the first game, and I can't imagine the iMuse system working too well with real musical instruments, but at the very least I just hope they remember to allow us to play the original with the new voices.

People aren't going to be happy, new hair and what sounds like direct character control.

I'm happy about it though, I don't think I ever really played the second one either.

Direct analog control of guybrush might actually be easier on a gamepad. His hair also doesn't look horrible at least from the box art and the little you can see of it. Lechuck on the other hand... I swear I've seen that face before on something else just trying to remember what.

Wow Guybrush does actually look ok now. The scenery also looks amazing, but why does everyone apart from guybrush have giant heads?

I got one of my friends (Xbox gamer) to play the first one, which he really enjoyed. He's really looking forward to this one too. Always good to see someone play it for the first time, to see how they react to it and solve the puzzles.
