This is expected. Spamming sports threads in a videogame forum is intended as psychological warfare.

It's a blanket term. I've downloaded games that don't have demos on a trial basis (same thing for music to see if I'd like it) and I've pirated games like Grim Fandango that the seller refuses to make available. I'm not in favor of just llegally downloading stuff all over the place, but I don't think it's entirely evil either.

I'm not exactly sure about what you mean by "not overtly against piracy", but maybe I could suffice? I've never hidden that I have a shitload of pirate games. I even post a list of it, not so long ago.

But it's late, so I won't be able to keep this up for long.

I am pro-piracy. I don't pirate specifically videogames because it is the more expensive option than buying on GOG.
