langurmonkey: This is like the movie The Thing, there is no way to know who the cheater is. It could be someone who made an account years ago with rep over 100. It doesn't make sense to only look at new users as potential cheaters. This cheater has no need to keep creating new accounts in order to have an unfair advantage over other people.
True enough, but it takes both more effort for the cheater, and more of a reputation hit if it's a oldtimer. I'm not talking about kidding ourselves here, there will always be cheaters. We're human after all.

btw: LOVE that film.

Indeed. He has been polite and decent to me, and while i've ben here, but his actions in the past seem to have annoyed plenty of people, who still remember it to this day.

Not many people have the decency to change, but i think Gamerager is actually a decent community member these days.

Yeah, and most people who cheat are pretty lazy, this will deter the lazy ones. The ones who would create multiple accounts to make each of them look respectable over must really, really not want to buy their games.

He may not be lazy. He could just be a douchebag who is against spending his own money or a douchebag who is really poor.

Where did you find him? I'm genuinely interested.
If this guy is a hacker, then he really could be like The Thing...
