I haven't been able to track down a legitimate source for the Legacy of Kain: Defiance soundtrack, but here's what the Wiki has to say about it:
Legacy of Kain: Defiance's soundtrack mainly consisted of remixes from previous games, primarily arranged by Hedges, as Harland was busy working on Whiplash.
In this light, maybe not much of a loss?

Music to <i>Lands of Lore</i> and <i>The Legend of Kyrandia</i> on Frank Klepacki's site - these are selected tracks from all three games in both series for online listening, but it's not hard to also download them.

The soundtracks of LBA 1 and LBA 2 are available on Amazon &amp; here, and on iTunes &amp; here.

And I have reservations that downloads.khinsider.com, mirsoft.info and abandonware-france.org are legitimate sources.

Wesker: Some soundtracks can be found in the game folders:
Thanks for those! If you know what format they are in (MP3, WAV, OGG, etc), I will add that to their list entries too.

Little Big Adventure 2 actually has CD tracks on the original game disc as well. I will need to install the GOG version to see if they are the same resolution as my commercial version of the game.

You are a champ! I'm adding a credit for you to the thread. And I concur that those other sites are probably not legit sources. I have found other similar ones which host soundtracks, but they do not seem to be doing so with anyone's blessing, and with very little information as to from where the soundtracks were obtained (original CDs, ripped from game files, recorded during play, etc).

EDIT: Frank Klepacki has Nox tracks too! Another one for the list, good find mate.

DyNaer: Fallout 1 & 2 remastered soundtrack (ambient soundtrack)
Nice, I'll add those to the Further Releases section, since Fallout is no longer on GOG (though we hope it will return). Thanks!
Added some free, fan made soundtracks for the following titles:

Dungeon Keeper
Dungeon Keeper 2
Lands of Lore 1+2
Lands of Lore 3
Riven
Ultima Underworld 1+2

Let me know if you have concerns about any of these additions and I can remove them.
Confirmed that Evolva & Fantasy Wars install the soundtrack in a readable format within the game folder. Evolva has them as WAVs, and Fantasy Wars as OGGs.
According to this thread, Kingpin: Life of Crime includes the files in the game folder as well. I will add that, if someone who owns the game can confirm or deny that would be great.
Added:

Phantasmagoria
Phantasmagoria 2
King's Quest 5
King's Quest 6

Commandos has them as .wav, and so has Desperados according to Drasticontrast on the game forum.

I've remembered that The Guild's OST is available in the game folder as well.

Memoria's soundtrack is a component of the german collector edition, if you feel like paying 75€.

Hitman 2 soundtrack: grab 'em while you can.

I've known that site for quite some time now. How did you conclude that the content it hosts is fan-made? From his About page I understand that he does own the original CDs and just ripped & shares them; there are comments that seem to support this understanding (like on the Diablo Collection page). Am I missing something?

I doubt that we'll be able to find any music/ soundtrack for Tex Murphy 1+2 - I've checked both The Unofficial Tex Murphy Web Site and Mat Tyler's site (huge Tex Murphy fan that has done some excellent remastering work on the music of the latter three games) and there's nth about the first two ones.

Since we're using the Queststudios content, you might want to add links to King's Quest 5 and King's Quest 6 (CD1 & CD2 on that page) soundtracks.

I couldn't find the Teen Agent soundtrack, but here's a lint to the <i>Teen Agent: The Root of All Evil</i> - it's an OverClocked ReMix Album.
Great work, Sinistar! Thanks to you and to all the people contributing! :)
Added:

Shattered Haven
Strike Suit Zero: Remixed
Star Wolves - unzip the Data.dat file in the game installation and you will find a folder containing the music in OGG format.

Sorry, I'm using the term fan-made in probably a different context - namely, that a fan has ripped or aggregated the music from official sources and made them available. As opposed to something that is directly sourced, like the composer releasing the files or the artists selling the soundtrack on bandcamp.com. Apology for the lexical ambiguity.

That's understandable, as I suspect there are a number of holes we won't be able to plug. I was reading that Septerra Core uses dynamic music, so any rip of it will just be the constituent pieces, not the resulting music you hear in the game. Other games seem to be likely to have no music at all worth posting.

Thanks, I'll put those in. I did add some tracks for those two games that I found on the composer's (Mark Seibert) page, but it will be good to offer the full soundtracks as well.

I think remixes are a whole new thread. :D There are tons of them out there. I have a huge collection from OCRemix, C64 Remix, Amiga Remix, and sites like that. I did add the Strike Suit Zero: Remixed album, but that's an official release and done with the participation of the composer.
Here's some music to a few games from Revolution Games:

-- <i>In Cold Blood</i> Theme Song - with Tony Warriner's permission.
-- Selected tracks from the Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon Soundtrack - these were free for download back in Jan 2005 on Revolution Games own website (before they changed domains); couldn't find them anymore, so not sure if it's still 100% legit.
-- <i>Broken Sword 2: The Smoking Mirror</i> Theme Song - no further info on permissions.

Thanks, those look good to me.

EDIT: Also, I'm removing the whole "fan made" qualifier from the lists, as it's muddy as Hell and hard to apply with any consistency at this point.

Remove the soundtrack link for Deadly Premonition, the downloads were all dead links.
