It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hello everyone.

I just recently signed up for GoG.com and really like, but am having a big issue. I've downloaded the GoG downloader, signed up, and all that good stuff.

In my games library, I got 7 free games just for signing up. Every time that I open one of them to download, there's no .exe file in which to download the game. I'm using Windows 7 in conjunction with IE 9. Been racking my brain and changing settings to no avail, but still no dice (changed UAC, firewall settings, IE settings, etc.).

When I click on each game in my library, it just shows the icons for that games maps, manual, or extras and no .exe file to run or download the game with the GoG downloader or otherwise. Pretty much at a loss and scratching my head, maybe I'm missing something stupid and easy here. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Help...
There's a "game installer" link over to the left side
Do you have GOG Downloader mode set on or off?

Turn it to off, and then you can download exe files.

If it's turned on, you have to run GOG downloader first, and then click on download to send download link irectly to gog downloader
On the left side, after you've clicked on a game, there should be a text marked "Game installer".

Would be great with a screenshot (might just be your browser that doesn't want to display it).

Still nothing, definitely seems like a browser issue.

If not IE, which would you guys suggest? I guess that I'll download Chrome and Firefox and then see what happens. Appreciate the help and suggestions everyone.
Firefox turned the trick, thanks gang! Hooray, I am in the Matrix.

If anyone is experiencing similar issues to mine, that'd be a good option to try.
It's in good general practice to immediately stop using Internet Explorer.
CTRL + F5 could have fixed your problem. Or clearing out the cache.

Much agreed, lol.

This is a new notebook and I just decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, obviously a bad move. I've always used Firefox in the past, so it was foolish to diverge.

I tried that to no avail. Basically, ran out of ideas.
