Are you still receiving email receipts for redeemed codes? (not normal orders)
They stopped arriving months ago and they don't seem to be just blocked by some spam filter.
I'm contacting support, but I need other "testimonies" about this O_o

You should still received them, last time I redeem a code I got an email about it.

happened once with a game which originaly was bought by some else for a trade ; but in this case it was because he just gave me the code to redeem (gift to himself ,to avoid i give him my e-mail)-> so he got the receipt not i. But still it wasn't normal....

others game i redeemed (gog keys from bundles) i got a receipt.

so , if you didn't get any receipt contact the support , they should be able to help you like they did in the first case i mentioned.

No, you are not the only one with this problem. I also didn't receive a receipt for a recently claimed gift code and wrote to support about it. The support staff (being awesome as always) resent the receipt within less than 2 hours. Writing to support is the way to go.

The problem is that I've received none, after a point.
The support manually sent me everything again, but the issue is still there.
They say that their system is working fine and I don't see any block here, so wtf did those receipts go?

It looks like you are right. I tried searching for receipts for older gifts I have received and found I was missing some more. There definitely seems to be something wrong on GOG's side. Also, the two of us aren't the only ones.

Yeah I also did not recieve one for the gift I got a few days ago, but purchasing receipts there.

Are you talking about codes you've redeemed yourself or ones that others have redeemed that you gave the game to. I have not received any for ones others have redeemed.
We are talking about codes we have redeemed ourselves.
Same thing here, looking at my email, the last Redeemed Gift Summary email I recieved was on Feb 23. I still get Purchase Summary emails, but haven't recieved any Redeemed Gift Summaries since then.

Looking at my shelf, the next game I redeemed was on Mar 8, which I did not get an email reciept for. Maybe something happened between Feb 23 and Mar 8?

Oh my receipts for redeemed codes started missing exactly around that period! :O
So there is something wrong indeed!

It's happened to me. Give me a minute and I'll see if I can track down what didn't get a receipt.
Codes that did not give a receipt:

Theme Park - May 15
Heretic Kingdomrs - May 10
Nexus: The Jupiter Incident - May 1

First receipt of redeemed: Dracula 4 - April 13

Edit: First redeemed gift certificate email is from Bullfrog pack: June 7, 2013.

All the other codes are things that say
$19.99
- discount $19.99
total: free
for Dracula (code from the give one take one), Carmageddon (reddit gift) and Chainsof Satinav (reddit gift)
