It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Have sent a ticket to support. In the meantime thought I'd try the account refresh link - link doesn't do much... just times out every time I try to use it. Has the link been changed or got any idea what I can do while waiting for support?

https://secure.gog.com/en/account/refresh/ <--- seems to try to connect to broker.gog.com... but yeah... SFA happens... any ideas?

It indeed doesn't seem to be working. It has occured in the past with me once and it was resolved one day later. I would suggest you try again tomorrow.
Well its been down for a little longer than a day thus far... but eh.. I can wait I guess
It's still weekend in Europe. Things should become more lively on Monday morning.

It is working for me. Have you tried into another browser?

Also, i have heard that Australia have some hard ISP blocking, maybe an encrypted browser could help. Not sure, though.
Okay now I'm missing about 300 titles.

...and now they're back.

Hmmmmmm

So, it is GOG server's? Hmmmm. Hopes it stay like a non harm error in their servers and no ones get affected by it.
I apologise for posting my own problem in this thread, but since it is related to my library, I figure it is better to post here than to make another thread.

I have a gaping hole in my library due to the removal of The Witcher Adventure Game beta. Now, this isn't some HUGE issue and I can live with it, but is there any way to fix this? I've tried refreshing my account, but it didn't fix anything.

Nothing that should stop GOG customers from using the service as usual though.

I can, but all that does is leave a hole where the game I moved used to be. Granted, I could use that to "make" the hole at the bottom of my library, but it's still going to be there. For some reason, even though the Beta was removed, the library still thinks something is there.

Like I said, it's not a a big deal, I can ignore it. I was just wondering if anyone managed to eliminate the issue.
Hey guys, sorry about this problem. I have refreshed the accounts of those of you that reported having this issue, so your list should be complete now.

Our webdevs will check if and what's wrong with the account refresh link, and I would recommend against using it today, just to be on the safe side.
