Just curious, is 13 CET the new 12 CET now?

Btw, someone else gets the latest 8 feeds as new when a new article is up? Using a portable firefox with the add-on brief.

Yeah, shorter days are coming :-( But with your 13 CET your're right, the latest gog releases were at this time. I remember this because at the saem time your thread was up ;-) So, the old (unofficial) rule release at 12 CET is obsolete.
