It's also for sale on Direct2Drive now. Probably a good option for people who dislike clients.

Aliasalpha: Doesn't it use GFWL? Also GFWL is easy to ignore for singleplayer, unlike Steam (in my opinion).

Delixe: Games have been sold with GFWL before on Steam, the only thing new is that actual Microsoft games are being sold on Steam. The problem for GOG at least with the newer Microsoft games is GFWL is a form of DRM and it's not exactly easy for people to remove it. Crack it yes, ignore it yes but remove it completely? No.
I don't know, I remember using mods for my Fallout 3 copy that required me to start the game without GFWL. And I followed the instructions on the mod readme and my fallout 3 started without GFWL.Arkose

Arkose: GFWL Marketplace installers are also single files and are stored in this location by default:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\GFWLive\Downloads
You can change this to whatever you like on the settings tab of the Marketplace client.
You can use the installers directly without going through the client. If you do wish to use them through the client simply dump them back into the folder it is looking in and click Download for each entry to make it see the files (no actual downloading takes place).
Thanks, I didn't know that. I know it worked for the Fallout 3 DLC (which is the only thing I have ever bought from GFWL directly) but I thought that was just because it was DLC. If I go digital delivery again, which I am thinking about, I might get Fable 3 from GFWL then.%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\GFWLive\Downloads

wodmarach: From what I remember theres very few of the original Diablo team left at blizz it could well be completely crap
GameRager: From the screens i've seen it looks good so far. Also a TRUE Diablo fan would never be so pessimistic about this series...even if the devs are crap right now. TL only fell short due to lack of multiplayer, they launched with a really complex editor available.

I'm more interested in Dungeon Siege III than Diablo 3 personally but then I do like Obsidian's games.

While I never came to like Dungeon Siege I loved Diablo, I played Diablo I more than I did for Diablo II and I played Diablo II allot! Still Diablo's III lack of LAN feature is big no for me, so I probably won't buy it until it's really cheap.
Who owns Dungeon Siege? I'd like for it to come to GoG, I'd like to play it again and see if I was wrong the first time.

Delixe: Nowdays it's Square Enix. Both games, do however, run perfectly fine in Win 7.
