I feel consumers should have the freedom to giveway what they have paid for. I do not like this trend of game publishers putting in the clause of "personal use only" . If taken to court , they can be sued for unfair trade practices and exploiting consumers. When I buy a car I don't want to the car manufacturer telling me that it is for personal use only and I cannot resell or giveaway the car to someone else. Some large companies have already lost cases trying to stop consumers from selling software licenses. The courts know that it is a dangerous trend when sellers try to block consumers from using the product that they have paid for legally in whatever way they want.

We users work hard to earn our money, we use the money to buy products from companies. The companies are not doing us a favor by selling their products, we have earned the copy of their product as we paid it with our hard earned money. I dont want them to be interfering with the things that I have already paid for with my hard earned money

Also unfortunately, this kind of practices seems to be carried out mostly by game publishers since they know that their consumers are young people and may not be aware of consumer laws and even if they do, won't have the resources to push for their own rights
