What if I already have Metro 2033? Is it just one key for all 3 games or separate keys?

Its on key for all 3 games so its up to the conscience of the players ;) as said all can enter and there are no restrictions as to what you do with the code

Is it possible for me to add Risen and Sacred Citadel to my Steam account if I win, then pass the key to someone else and that person can add Metro 2033?

yes pretty much I also set some videos going and earn coins that way but that is not mandatory you get coins just by logging on each day ;)
