Hey folks, Ive emailed the manufacturer and my network about this but though Id ask here aswell.

I have a HTC Desire HD and up until the last few days I could post messages on GoG from it, but when I try now it allows me to type the message but when I tap "Post my message" the button highlights but doesnt post.

At first I though that it didnt register it properly but ive tried a number of times with different threads and have even sat for 5 mins just pushing the damn button.

All I know about the thing is its an Android phone and its crabbit.

Anyone got any ideas?

Try clearing the cache:

1. Open the Browser application.
2. Select the Menu key.
3. Select More.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select Clear cache.
6. Select OK.
Test from Orange San Francisco.

EDIT: as you can see, it's working for me.

I'd follow AndrewC's advice, see if that gets you anywhere.

I'm not using the default ROM for my phone, but it is the default Android Browser I'm using.

OK a little search showed this:

To clear the data and cache, go to the Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Applications > Manage applications

which I did and cleared each cache individually,

Freed up about 20-25MB. lets have a wee look.

I dont seem to have those options, I open the browser, press menu and get search settings and that doesnt seem to have anything about it.
