Where are all the Mech games here on GOG? There were so many in the 90's. GOG really needs to get on this genre. I was hoping we could name all the old mech games here on this thread. Here are the ones I can think of.

Mechwarrior series
Mechcommander series
Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
Heavy Gear
Earthsiege/Starsiege

Falconoffury: Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
... is here already, just so you know.

And the source of MechCommander 2 has been released by Microsoft... you can download and compile it on your own... Some Graphics are missing, but working fine:

Is there a guide for the computer illiterate on how to compile it?

I thought the MechCommander and Mechwarrior franchises were owned by Activision.
Mechwarrior 2 brings back good memories :)

MS owns all of FASA's old IP as they relate to video game releases.
Biowares Mech game is on here too! (In addition to Shogo)

I would voice my desire to see Mechwarrior (all of them!) and Earthsiege (all of these too!) on GOG as well, with Win 7/64 bit compatability! (And im sure a sexy batch of goodies!)

Mech games are very, VERY hard to come by now a days, im sure if GOG could get thier hands on them they would sell very, VERY well. (Mecha gamers are a rabid bunch!)

u should find someone that knows how to compile it and compile it for u then send it via any ftp/p2p program
I wish GoG could compile some of these mech games and put them as free games on the GoG site.

Oh I am well aware, you have no idea the amount of effort I made trying to get that to run on my OS (Win 7/64bit), never got it to even START, neverless run in any reasonable fashion........

I would actually PAY to have Mech4 in a GOG state of compatability!

I was actually mentioning that for the OP's sake. He (She?) wants Mech games and many of the ones he wants are already available in some way, but he didn't seem to be aware of that.

Let's not forget Battlezone, even if they were floating...tank thingies. I still count it as a mech game, dunno why.

Oh waaaait, the Sasquatch. Heh HEH heh.
