I got 3 serials, 1 game one and 2 DLC. Think one was the IA, and the other one was for the 2 Cerberus network DLCs. I redeemed them both and then they appeared on this page for download.

Yes, they are very active in Twitter but I think this is the kind of problem that only support will be able to help me. I just wanted to know if it had happened to anybody else and if I should contact Bioware/EA too.
I can see my DLC in that page too but it doesn't show the Inferno Armor, only this:
- Collectors' Weapon and Armor
- Incisor Sniper Rifle
- Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
- Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)

I was one of the people who got two Collectors (instead of a Collector and Cerberus). During the first night, I noticed a DLC called something like "Cerberus Network (Weapons and Armor)". Led to Normandy Crash DLC though
So, question for someone who actually got a Cerberus key. Do you get any entry on your DLC list (at Bioware's site) for that? I have full access (I think), but I need to know if I should contact EA to get this fixed so as to avoid future problems.

If the second laptop at the game menu opens means that you can connect to the Cerberus Network in-game just fine. Also you should have both of these DLCs listed in your registered game promotions page at Bioware's site:
- Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)
- Normandy Crash Site (Cerberus Network)
More DLC could become available in the future. All that the Cerberus Network Card does is giving you access to free DLC. Payed DLC will be made available without the need to have registered a Cerberus Netowrk code.

Yeah, I realize that because I have Cerberus access. I just was wondering if our DLC page says you have Cerberus access or not. Bioware/EA fixed the problem for now, but if there IS a DLC entry, then there is no doubt in my mind that I'll need to get this fixed every time a major DLC is released. :p

Ah ok, no when I go to Games>Mass Effect 2>Official DLC it has the Learn More/Redeem Code/Buy Now thing rather than telling me I have it.

I got the blood armor from dragon age, as well.
3 keys gave me everything but the blood armor.

I have some of my content showing up as being Xbox too. All I assume is that if I get an Xbox some of the DLC will be useable on that if I login with the same account. Makes sense.

I thought that too at first but Weclock's screenshot doesn't show any Xbox content at all.

I cut that part out. also, I don't have any of it, I have to redeem it still? I think the same codes I used for PC should work on Xbox.
