Got a laser printer made by Lexmark. I'd got with these guys because their printers know at least PCL6 or Postcript or both. That means that you do not need a special driver for them, they work on any OS. They also have their own CPUs and RAM
Stay away from anything that says GDI, host based.... err basically anything that does not say at least PCL6 and/or Postscript. Unless you do a shitload of printing to justify it, don't buy inkjets and by this I mean inkjets that can be fitted with CISS systems. Also, if you don't print a lot with these things they clog. Messy little things.
