Ok, so i'm going to France on the 27th and i'll be there for a month. Here in Aus, it's unlikelly you'll find M&B retail, let alone Warband. Will it be available in retail over there? I'm a HUGE fan...
Also, how are the game prices there?
EDIT: as good as it sounds, i'm mainly picking up the expansion for the new SP features, not the MP

Really? The last time I went to Australia, I stopped by GameStop and they had some really good classics like Deus Ex and Sacred at unbelievably low prices. It's weird they don't have M&B considering even my country has it.

The last time I went to Australia, there wasn't a gamestop store...
Oh wait, I live there...
Gamestop USA owns EB Games here
Yeh you can buy them both here. Sacred is good?!?!? It's been on sale for e like $4 for the past few weeks...

France? Well I went there last year around this time and not for games (most games there, like COD4 were all in French so that's an issue). Where in France are you going? I was in Paris for a week and there was this massive Virgin Megastore last I went there.

All around, mainly Lyon, a village called Alencon, Normandy and Paris
And i'm pretty good at French, wouldn't mind practising up my french through video games...
All Mount&Blade releases are multilingual and the retail keys are compatible with the downloaded installers, so you can play in any of the supported languages no matter how/where you buy it.

Ah I believe it's EB Games that I bought Sacred Gold from then. I think.
IMO it's a decent hack n slasher, from what little I played of it before real life commitments took precedence. When I bought it, it was only like $5. Here, it's $19.90, which is approximately also AUD19.90.
Oh and if I were to go to France, I'd be more concerned about having fun with the opposite gender than games lol.

In Lyon check FNAC (Bellecour) FNAC (Part-Dieu), and Virgin megastore (Hotel de Ville).
Edit : too bad I don't live in Lyon anymore, I would have checked for you.

I've never seen a copy of this game in any store in Texas.
Thanks Gamersgate.

Not sure what Gamersgate has to do with a lack of M&B copies in Texas...
I've seen a few up here in Alberta from time to time. They do exist.

5 bucks on Gamersgate last year. =)
I really really want M&B: Ohněm a mečem (With fire and sword - maybe), it's a M&B mutation by CD project, game adaptation of Sienkiewiczs book. I watched the movie last week and it was really great.
