We're happy to announce that we have joined forces with Majesco Entertainment, adding a number of hot titles to our fine lineup of games.
With over 20 years of experience in the game industry, Majesco Entertainment has released many memorable and acclaimed titles. Their best classic PC titles will soon be available on GOG.com, starting with today's release of [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/advent_rising]Advent Rising and , with [url=http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/bloodrayne]BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2 joining them in the weeks to come. "One of GOG.com's main goals is to bring games that were overlooked back into the spotlight", said Adam Oldakowski, Managing Director of GOG.com. “Games like Psychonauts perfectly embody the ‘Good Old Game’ and we’re thrilled to be bringing that game, along with other quality titles, to a new audience.”
Very, very cool :D been waiting for something to buy off GoG again :)

Too bad these are also the only decent PC-games they've released. :-)
But good news, definitely. The Bloodrayne-games are surprisingly fun, and Psychonauts is, well, Psychonauts.
Oh my goodness. This is awesome. GOG, keep up the good work! The first two releases are very solid and fun games and I look forward to playing through them again.
When I saw the subject line "Majestic additions to GOG.com's offer" the first thing I thought was "did GOG just get Majesty?" :P
Anyway, this is a wonderful surprise. I've been wanting to try Psychonaughts for ages, and I understand that the BloodRayne games are very good. This is the first time I've heard of Advent Rising though - is it good?

I'm wondering the same, from the game card it sounds like Mass Effect's older brother.

Any game with a story written by Orson Scott Card can be considered good.
I'm jazzed about the Bloodrayne games.
Unfortunately, like most of the games I want to see on GOG, I already own them.
I love seeing GOG expand their list of publishers. Great work guys.
Unfortunately, I already own half of the titles that have been announced but that does not in any way deter my enthusiasm over the other half.
Welcome, Majesco!
I own Psychonauts on disk, great game. Might check out Bloodrayne when it comes out.

That's why the most exciting game for me is Advent Rising. It's probably the worst, but it's one i've been meaning to try for ages, and at this price i can.
Psychonauts is of course an 11/10 game, but i already have it.
Bloodrayne 1 was a surprisingly fun game.. totally dumb, but still very enjoyable. I imagine #2 is the same.
PS/ I know it's be against the "good" part, but i have a strange desire to try out Jaws Unleashed as well.. gog needs a "bog" section where they sell bad old games for $1.99 or something...

The sequel wasn't quite as good due to somewhat slippery combat and less meticulous blood physics, but it was still plenty fun (more fun with the new game plus, so you can start out with the Curtain Twice Torn move).
Welcome Majesco!
Oh, and...
RAYNE! NOW!

That's what's so sad about the game: it's really good game with a great story and every time you mention it, someone says "Advent wha?" Everyone should know about this game... not everyone should play it, but everyone should know about it. Calling it Mass Effect's older brother is a very fair comparison, though it is not a RPG like ME.

Err ... no. Just no.
