Were I to own a magic carpet I would find a lovely deserted island and set up home there. The daily commute to work wouldn't be a problem with a carpet like that!

Do Magic Carpets go to Mars? If I'd have to stick to earth, I'd go to the rainforests in South Asia to explore the majesty of life there from high above the trees on my magic carpet.

I'd do two unrelated things:
1. I'd take the carpet back to Britannia from Ultima VII and help out the Avatar.
2. I'd move to UAE and start a company specialising in Aladdin tours.

I guess I would use it to go to a deserted tropical island paradise. But I hope the salt water doesn't affect the fabric, if not I'd be in serious predicament to return to civilization. :D
