I really was looking forward to the idea of a Clone Wars game. Using a somewhat cartoony color palette as well as retaining the IP of Clone Wars, I think that would make a good game if pulled off correctly as a game that isn't aimed at kids, but looks like it is.
And don't talk about that stupid new Sony Star Wars MMO that is being rumored to run on the Free Realms engine.

And people wonder why the American education system is failing.

Focus on the repair skill and go to tattooine the first chance you get. Getting HK47 will make the game go from good to awesome

I loved them. They had problems but they were still good solid movies that fit the genre I thought.
Jarjar was cutesy and annoying but then so were the ewoks and the droids.
I do think it was a mistake making anakin 9 in phantom menace, it would have felt a bit more realistic to make him an early teenager because at least it'd be relateable having him do what is basically drag racing.
The pod race was in serious need of a non-lucas editor, he has a major bias towards racing and that was evident since the DVD release EXTENDED the already far too long race
That said I think the rest was pretty damn good.

Well the game is based on the cartoon which is basically aimed at kids. For the most part its a pretty good show but they've got too many moments of forced comedy.
I'll give the demo of the game a go when & if they release one out but I'm sort of expecting lego star wars sans lego.

To add to Aliasalpha's advice, when you get HK-47 you get the option of attempting to repair him. This has to be done more than once to fully restore him. Restoring him has certain advantages, and at a certain point in the storyline you can no longer work on him and you lose out on what you would have gained by doing so, so repair him at the earliest opportunity as soon as your skill is sufficient (the game tells you whether you have succeeded or not, and you won't break him further by failing).
HK-47's conversation style makes him a must for any party, especially when doing quests that involve lots of talking .

“Statement: But you said so yourself. You have just admitted your own weakness. You have just shown me your soft, meatbag-like underbellies, and said, "HK-47, please shoot me repeatedly there until I die."

HK-47: Expletive: Damn it, master, I am an assassination droid... not a dictionary!

HK-47: "About twenty years, master."

HK-47: "Commentary: The meatbag speaks without clarity. Detail your involvement or the master will splatter your organs all over the floor."
Pretty much everything else he says is just as hilarious.

I think HKs finest moment was in KOTOR 2 doing the impression of Carth & Bastilla

Statement: Oh, yes. My master had quite the collection of tortured individuals that seemed unable to confront their basic personality conflicts. Let me cite some specific examples.
[impersonates Carth Onasi] Mockery: "Oh, master, I do not trust you! I cannot trust you or anyone ever again!"
[impersonates Bastila Shan] Mockery: "Oh, master, I love you but I hate everything you stand for, but I think we should go press our slimy, mucus-covered lips together in the cargo hold!"
Conclusion: Such pheromone-driven Human responses never cease to decrease the charge in my capacitors and make me wish I could press a blaster pistol to my behavior core and pull the trigger. I am pleased that this does not seem to be the case with your current entourage.

It's not from one of the prequels, it's from the first Robot Chicken Star Wars special. Basically, it's an extended recreation of the scene with Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker in the central ventilation shaft of Cloud City, at the end of The Empire Strikes Back:
Darth: Turn to the dark side, and join me.
Luke: I'll never join you! You killed my father!
Darth: No, Luke. I am your father!
Luke: That's not true. That's impossible!
Darth: And Princess Leia is your sister.
Luke: That's not true. That's... Improbable.
Darth: And the Empire will be defeated by Ewoks.
Luke: That's... Very unlikely...
Darth: And as a child, I built C-3PO!
Luke: Huh?
Cut to later, Darth is now holding a cup of coffee, and Luke is smoking a cigarette.
Darth: And the force, well that's just microscopic bacteria in your blood stream, called midi-clorians.
Luke: (drops his cigarette, climbs back up on the platform and walks past Darth out of the picture) Look, if you're not gonna take this seriously, I'm out of here...

Hmm, I don't see KOTOR showing up in my list of games on the Steam Community. Everything about Steam seems broken when it comes to this game.
