I'm just putting this out there- I miss this game a lot. After playing mount and blade (a very fun game) for the past couple months, i've stirred my medieval love again.
Is there any way possible to get Lords of the Realm 2? The only site i was ever able to find it on was gametap- and it wouldnt let me download it b/c it says it's not compatible with 64 bit vista. So i'm bummed. Anybody have any solutions- aside from playing other medieval games?

Is it a DOS or Windows game? If it's a DOS game, and if you can find a copy, you could use DOSBox for playing it. If it's only for early Windows, it might be a bit harder, though if you search around a bit (Google?) you'll might find some info.
EDIT:
Just found this. Which might help, if you could get your hands on a copy of it.

Yay, a new user whose first thread isn't a beg thread :-D
He must've read the FAQ. I wish more new users would do that. Welcome croaker33 :-)

I agree, lord of the realms 2 was a fun game. One of my first RTS/TBS games :)
Annnnnd... now I have the announcer guy's voice in my head going "A Wooden Palisade. A Stone Castle." Etc. Lords of the Realm was a fun game. I'm sure I've got my copy sitting around my room somewhere, but damned if I know where, exactly.
Was such a blast, though. Always did love conscripting a huge bunch of people into the army, pissing off the entire county's population (what was left of them,) and then switching them over to a high protein diet (MOAR COWS!) putting them on triple rations and building the population back up so I could just do it to them all over again.
