I was wondering if anyone remembered a game called 'Stratofortress.' I've googled but only found references to the B-52 and flight simulators.

The game itself was completely unrelated to the actual flying fortress. You had these big platforms of floating stone and you placed weapons and defense systems on them in order to battle other fortress.

I only ever had the demo, sadly. I would be very grateful if anyone could give me any info on the game (publisher, websites, if a full version exists [no sign on ebay], etc). I remember really enjoying the strategy involved in planning the fortress design.

Thanks!!!

Edit: Oh yeah, I think I got the game as a demo on a CD for another game (can't remember which) probably around 1998 - 2000 (I think). We had a Windows computer at the time; don't know if there was a Mac/Linux version ever. I can't recall other info at the moment but if you ask something specific, it may jog my memory.

Edit2: Through some creative googling, I found I had the name wrong. It's Stratosphere: Conquest of the Skies.

Still looking to get the full version...let me know
