Demons crest looks pretty cool. I'll probably try out the ROM later.

Leroux: Something like Corril Slayer?

Fredd38: This looks pretty neat! Anyone tried it?
I honestly didn't care for it too much.

Hmm, I wonder if Eversion would qualify. It's more Lovecraftian than Gothic though.

Just played demons crest. pretty fun game with plenty of bosses. Reminds of castlevania.
Demon's Crest is great but I find a little too hard for my taste. Save states help though. :P

Fredd38: Too bad the main character's name is Haggis.

Reminds me of the Arcade game Rastan:

I was very young when I played this a few times and never got very far on the first level, but I remember it was awesome.
Yeah Haggis is not the best name they've could have got for him.

That game looks fantastic! were can I get to play it?

But seriously, I have no idea, maybe through emulation?
You need a recipe for haggis? I thought you just turn a sheep inside-out and boil it.

Well you have to save the right bits for the head cheese.
How about Wings of Vi?

Seems like it hahahaha, is it any good? I know it doesn't look that "tasty" but I want to try it if I ever visit England :) looks like one big mean blood sausage haha

It's a Scottish thing and Scottish people wouldn't take kindly to being called English. ;)

When you get over the looks (and ingredients) it is actually quite tasty. A bit rich, so nothing for the slim cuisine, but still good. Oh and it is always an excuse to have another Whisky, which is traditionally served along with the haggis. ... OK. Whisky is traditionally served with about anything in Scotland (including with another Whisky) but that's what makes the land so charming. :-)

Just grabbed Eversion on the dev's website, I'll have a try, looks interesting.

Talking about haggis, it was quite tasty when I tried it in Scotland, with a nice glass of Scotch whiskey. Can't drink any other Whiskey since then :)

I must try it then, I'm the kind of person that likes to try new food every chance I get, It'll be fun since they may try to explain me what a "Haggis" is :)

There should be no necessary excuse for another Whisky! Not to have a another one is a crime! ;)

Oh, you will feel right at home in Scotland! Btw. what's your favourite one? Mine are currently Laphroaig (Quarter Cask) and Talisker (18 years).
