Was hoping someone could shed some light on this one for me. My girlfriend has been after a certain game that she used to play as a child, she only has vague memories of certain parts of the game. We have spent a few weekends googling random phrases but we cannot work out what it is!

From what she can remember:

- It was an animated adventure with point and click elements to it.
- The main characters were a boy and a girl
- There is a part where they are on a plane trying to get to get to something similar to "Tortuga"
- The engines fail on the plane and you have to move cargo to find parachutes
- You parachute onto a beach and have to collect luggage or similar
- There is a puzzle with flowers, and something about matching them or collecting in the right order

I was hoping the GOG Community might be the best place to ask this as I have no idea of the game and its driving her and her family mad trying to remember it!

what about the graphics of the game? looks like... maniac mansion, gabriel knight, COMI or grim fandango? for say four differents styles.

Tortuga shows up a lot in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and I've never cared enough to know if it's a real port in the Caribbean. Or if it's one of those fake Caribbean places like Kokomo.

i played alot of point and click adventures in the nineties but this one seems vague to me.
seems more like a kids game.

Many of the things you are describing appear in So Blonde. That game is from 2008 though.

That sounds like what I saw in the trailers for Secret Files: Tunguska... But I think that game was released much to recently to be the right one. >_<
