Controlling your purchases on Groupees was not easy.
Now they have updated that.
Not only can you now display an avatar no, the best is that the all your purchases are on
one site. You can click if you want to see the bundles or the games/music.
Also the number of gifted bundles is displayed.
If you click on a bundle there is a box you can click on if you redeemed the key.
And you can gift the game. In the gift section you can even make your own bundle and than
send it to an eMail.
Nice, real nice.

Pity that a lot of the download links are still broken.
The downside is that you have to scroll down a lot now and lots of space to the left and right and is blank and unused on desktop PCs, but then again this seems to be the new cool and maybe those who check on their game collection via smartphone will be happy about it. ;)

Apart from that, I agree they added some nice features there. I just wish they would also set store in making all of their downloads available and working again, because what good are all those features if many of the download links are still broken or the downloads corrupted ...
In complete agreement with Leroux - I'd rather they'd put the required effort and time to make all downloads available again before introducing a new layout and features that are practically useless without content.

But apparently, Groupees had other priorities - it's been six months and they're still not done; I'm starting to suspect that nobody is actively working on this anymore.

I think it's time to send them another reminder.

Frankly, I've given up on it. I doubt it will be more effective than any of the countless reminders they got during the last half year. Apparantly they don't have the manpower to handle this problem and prefer to focus their energy on putting out several new bundles on a weekly basis, which is obviously more profitable than customer service.

I'm not ready to let them slide this under the carpet - giving up is probably exactly what they hope for so they can happily go on with new bundles and cashing in. Nope, I think I'm going to send one email-reminder per week from now on and I encourage others to do the same.

I'll try and join you on this.

So old links not working anymore is a general problem? An old one of mine is disfunctional and I thought, they simply time out after a year or so. But it had many nice things in it, which I didn't download back then.

I think it's important to act united, the more pressure we put on them, the better chances we have they'll finish the job, if for no other reason than to just get us off their backs.

They had a server crash about six months ago and hey still haven't gotten their act together. I think it's fair enough to say that the situation has reached the point of ridiculous at this point.
Looks nice enough, I appreciate being able to mark off the keys. I assume your email address only shows up for yourself when viewing the profile? If not, I'll have to change that to a junk one smartish.

Also, I own 175 games on there? Stone the crows.

Better than not finding a bundle you do remember purchasing, I guess...
