Delixe: There is still no sign of the games we really, really want like Splinter Cell, GRAW, Brothers in Arms, Warrior Within/Two Thrones and XIII.

Very true. I'd get XIII and Warrior Within if they came to GOG. The others I've got.

Delixe: Different Unreal.

Well, you learn something new... Never even heard of that one before. Still they might have problems with trademark issues, even though it came out first.
The expansions for the Tom Clancy games would be nice.

Seconded. All the expansions for Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six.
And release all the following games for both series, plus Splinter Cell.

Rogue Spear is my favorite Rainbow Six game - I hope they add it sometime. It's not working perfectly in Vista or Windows 7 so it would be nice to get it to work on modern systems again.

Yeah, I like it too. But is a shame having only the base game here, we need the expansions bundled with the games.
I got an old copy of Rogue Spear from a magazine, don't know where it is but probably it isn't working.

The original Rainbow Six lacked a bit of polish, though. Even its expansion pack wasn't all that. Rogue Spear really improved things greatly in comparison. Oddly enough, it was easier to get Rainbow Six running than Rogue Spear.

I can't tell about the expansion as I've never played it. That is one more reason for wanting it here.
But talking about the game, the lack of polish probably is because it was the studio's first game in the genre. So 3-4 years after it, Ghost Recon was released, way more polished.

I see no reason to remove Batman Vengeance (except that it sucks, but let's keep it for completeness sake) or Pool of Radiance (only the Infinity Engine games are owned by Atari to my knowledge).
Are Wikipedia, Mobygames shut down or something? I really don't understand the meaning of this kind of threads....

The lists on mobygames/wikipedia aren't exactly complete in any way, nor do they create a nice overview. I'm simply trying to create that.
Is this a list of games to boycott??
that's what i first thought when I saw the thread title.... I guess i've been reading too much bad ubisoft stuff today. ;-)

If those games appear on GOG, boycotting them would just give the wrong message to Ubisoft.

A waste of time. Help to improve wikipedia and mobygames instead, your work will do good to all the internet and not just to this forum.

Ubisoft no longer have the DC Batman licence so releasing previous Batman games while Eidos are making Arkham 2 would be problematic. Same reason with Pool of Radiance, not only is the licence now with Atari but Atari are in a legal fight with Wizards of the Coast. Legally Planescape: Torment should not be onsale by Interplay, in fact they deny all knowledge that it is.

Agreed to a point. I still draw the line with playing $9.99 for some of the Ubisoft games on offer, they are simply not worth it. However games like B,G&E and Prince of Persia were instabuys.

Removed Pool of Radiance as well as Batman.
Updated with votes.
Will add more games later (probably).
Also, sadly couldn't add the Warlords games, since it seems that the rights are owned by Steve Fawkner (otherwise we could have had Darklords Rising!)
