Sounds similar to Hitman: Contracts licensing problems, which appear to only be a song that's played in a bar in the game. You'd think they'd work out the contracts better...

Thanks to you, I purchased it six months after saying I would. I'll do my best to pick up this game sooner. I think I'll have some money next week.

Publishers only really care about the first couple of months worth of sales these days. So licensing deals tend to be very temporary. That's why there are no licensed sports games on GOG. So you can imagine the hard time GOG have had in convincing publishers to sign up.

Yeah, it's disappointing. =\
