On a more serious note, you won't get a definitive answer, as it is a subjective matter.

Hmmm... Upon reflection, stealth-recon Space Marines are a lot like ninjas, and rogue Space Marines tend to act like pirates. Damn. Even in the 2300's, this debate will continue....
