Fantasysci5: I wish I had bought them during the Steam sales. *sniffles* I'll play one day, GOG!
Wish I coulda have gift those games to you. :( They're awesome games.
If anyone needs help with builds for there characters just let me know in game (I'm in the gog guild) and I'll try and help out, or if you need a hand getting an elite skill.

P.S. they are on sale a Gamesplanet I think about £7 each.

Strange that you're having such a hard time with Abbadon yet got through Gate of Madness.

Like others said, kill the monoliths quickly , starting with the ones for the hands and ending with the ones for his head (cause those respawn faster). Also, if you see a Torment Claw pop-up, forget whatever you were doing and focus on the Claw, and make sure to interrupt its nasty skill. Might wanna bring enough condition removal to remove the daze condition from your casters too. When Abbadon himself becomes vunerable, you go all out on him. Basically rinse & repeat till he goes down.

Oh, and don't bring minion masters, they're useless for that mission (although it's still very doable even if you have one ... I just did it in hard mode yesterday and didn't bother to change my party setup at all)

i had a case of "just one more go" and for some reason, maybe killing the monoliths faster (better use of pain inverter possibly) i found it easy this time and finally finished it!!

now just to go grab razah at some point, and then off to EOTN to try and get past where i got stuck in there

Arianus: all classes are level 20 with max armor and green weapons (there version of epic? weapons or at least specialty weapons)
Green weapons are actually worse in practice than gold weapons, since you can't change the mods on them at all. (except for Kieran's Bow, but that's a one time reward that's untradable due to it being customised)

So long as a weapon does max damage for it's type and is inscribable it has the potential to be whatever you ant it to be.
Bumping the thread. Sorry I've been away from the game for a while, my pc died and I am waiting on a new one to arrive today.

We could use more gog'ers, so let me know if you want to join ;)
and once again im stuck, getting very frustrated with Depths Destruction and those waves of destroyers, tried blocking the bridge with the golems to no avail, and tried staying up the hill to intercept the lot coming from there AND leaving dryders alive to deal with the others and still got overwhelmed, and when i took advantage of the ressurections to slowly chip their numbers down, and eventually got to level 3 with only the Disc Of Chaos left, being at that point at 60% Death Penalty he only had to look at me for my whole party to die

im also sick of fighting my way to Jalis Ironhammer, would an outpost in the battledepths really have been too much to ask for?

Well, there will be outpost - as soon as you get to do final mission of EotN. ;)

well thats typical lol
A necro Minnion Master is going to be your best bet for the meat shields as the destroyers leave exploitable corpses and if your going to die alot make sure you bring a monk with vengence.

Even if MM is good advice then I do not think such monk is - long cast time. If you really have a need monk hero bring something like UA.
I was just thinking Vengence for if the DP gets too high stack it with judges insight and Strength & Honor on a melee prof and you can generaly do enough damage to down most bosses ever at 60%DP (Worked for me a bunch of times).

If you going to die may aswell make it awesome.
