i almost posted a thread just like this last night! i have the trial right now and the full version is shipping from newegg as we speak, and i want to play with some goggers!
if you don't mind a noob, i WAS looking for a good guild...

Sure! Add me to your friends list and we can play together (Damu Atum). And if you so wish than you can join my guild. There are no people in it so far, like I said I started it just because I felt like it. :P But I can make you an officer and you can help me with recruiting good members and GoG'ers as well. :)

Ok, welcome again to the guild fitz. :)
I reached my bandwidth cap for this month so I wont be able to actively play until next Friday but I will be online once in a while to check if anyone needs help or an invite or something. Otherwise captfitz is now Wasteland of One (<guild name) officer, so you can also talk to him if I'm not online to help you out.

I don't have any terms in place (for GoG members and their friends ;) ), so you and your friend are most welcome to join the guild if you so choose. I can make you guys officers and you can help me with broadening out the guild.
That of course if you don't mind "sacrificing" your own guild. Since if you guys already invested in a guild hall, cape and such it would be a waste to just abandon all that so in that case I propose an alliance. :)

Oh and captfitz, if you're tired of the game downloading small portions of it, you can force it to download the whole shebang in one update. Just add -image to a shortcut command line and it will download the entire game in one file. Check this page for more info:
