I would imagine that A) all of Ghadafi's friends have already been executed by whatever passes for the state, and that B) any "fortune" that remained has also been 'seized'.

I especially like the "with any further delay" part.

Posting that here with those telephone numbers and stuff is kind of silly, though. What if someone has like a condition where he/she can't understand that people lie or something? ..or have that Skype extension installed, it'll call there for you, without asking :p

I imagine the general consensus from the primary 419 (that's a criminal code, not a total) offending countries is that all Americans are rich and stupid. Spam it with crank calls.

If only I was swifter.

Dunno if that's been prevented somehow, but I was told that there used to be a scam thing in which they made ridiculously expensive phone services that just played elevator music, and basically made money off of silly people calling there. They'd probably appreciate the crank calls.

It is a bit tempting to set up a fake e-mail address and string them along just to see what happens.

Joke aside, I find this scam letter writer kind of, I know it is wrong to say this seeing how people might fall for it, clever in utilising the information that can be gathered from the news. The e-mails I get never use a real person or scenario like in this case.

(Am I wrong if I think that everyone should be lectured how or when they could be scammed in certain ways? Could be some kind of educational TV-program which appeals to all ages and is shown more than once in a decade? Does something like this exist?)
