I got this on Black Friday and have only had a chance to play it a couple of times because of looming finals. But what a blast those few short sessions were. Definitively check this game out people. It's probably the hardest game I've played made this century.

You guys should start like a server thing for all the different GOG games, so people can play multiplayer-enabled games with other GOG players and stuff.

yeah, I was gonna say the same, no lag issues on pc here either.

I'm on a T1 and lag to some servers happens occasionally but everyone usually starts saying they are experiencing it. Other than that the game runs very very well. I'm going to set up a L4D server this weekend myself, though it's getting boring. I'm working on map ideas though with a lot of unused assets I had from other projects they didn't get into.

Must say, the only lag I've noticed has been mostly when the game can't find a dedicated server and instead plays from a player's computer. I've yet to see a game where that was the case where anyone but the host had a horrible connection.
It also doesn't help that their server search doesn't appear to properly find a dedicated server in all cases. I know of one Steam group that has 16 public dedicated servers, yet almost never see them in use.

Which platform is the best to play x360 or pc?

The PC of course, FPS still feels better with keyboard and Mouse controls. Not to mention mods...

Why t he f#!k would i get a -1 for this? I hate this bs on this site. I can't say my opinion and none of that is bad anyway, but hell, I should be able to say my opinion and facts about the game, or what I want. Nothing bad about it.

yeah this game takes some serious teamwork, especially on versus. I've played it all, and I've seen one person army mentality in games like America's Army and a couple other tactical shooters where people are supposed to play as a team, and I've seen people succeed at that, even I have.. but in L4D you can't really do that at all. The AI Director punishes you in cooperative if you stray too far and seriously a lot of stuff is just too overwhelming for one person. I'm also talking about expert mode. I've barely touched the others. In the versus gametype (one side survivors one side infected, everyone on the opposing team will take you downtown to chinatown if you run off.I also want to say, I like quiet versus servers were people do great things by just using the actual in-game commands to talk to one another, but it's rare. In Cooperative campaign I see less voice chatters though.

I saw a few new maps too. I'm just waiting for official release, to see the whole game, then I'll get to work on some models (if they allow it) and maps, when I have free time. I play almost every game I can, and this is the first ones that's made me truly excited to map or model for in a long long time. It's very addictive. I also can't wait to try versus mode out. I hope we can play the Witch, but I think they might consider her too strong.

Someone is deliberately doing it against me. I come on here nice and I want to talk to people who game and see what makes people like certain types of games for my job, but most importantly, I want to be able to say WHAT I want and not worry about some kid or fool rating me -1. Instead I have to censor everything and be ever so careful I don't say things that might upset people. To hell with this reputation system is all I have to say. A lot of people get +1 for saying useless crap and a lot of people say nothing bad and get a -1. I think it's a massive insult and joke to use this kind of system.
