Larry's come back seems more official now, that the goal has been reached. Pretty good for a remake and there's even 7 days time left.

Waiting for the GOG version . :)
a part of me is really surprized they were able to get that much for a remake (a remake of a remake even).

7 days, you say? Seems rather fortuitous in a Biblical sort of way...
...which is odd, considering the subject matter which the (classical) Larry games contain. :/
I'm actually a bit more happy for Al Lowe than anything else. He seems to be a really nice guy from the videos and what I've heard of his convention visits. He deserves his final hurrah in the industry after what his creations have been dragged through.

So he will officially come again?

From the looks of it there will be a happy ending.

Al Lowe : "(...) and we want to do it without pesky publishers telling us to dumb it down or make it tamer so we can get it in Walmart".
Congrats Larry and Al Lowe.

Great news indeed! I never played a LSL game back in the day so I might just donate to support this effort.

Thanks for the update, I'm glad this project made it's funding goal.

You can still find the various collection discs that Sierra put out. LSL is one of those classic game series that deserves your attention.

Well...Box Office Bust was a horrible, horrible game. Magna Cum Laude wasn't THAT bad, comparatively. It was different than its predecessors and could've used a lot of work. But compared to B.O.B.? MCL was the equivalent of the Mona Lisa to that piece of shit game.

He does, but I think it's ultimately more about the fans and the possibility of getting a completely new LSL game after they finish the updated releases.
I'm happy for Al, but I never would have imagined that a remake of a remake of LSL would have 3x the number of backers that an original Jane Jensen project has.

admit it you want this game because you want to see the ladies if you know what I mean thats the only reason this series is well known in the first place
