I like Jill, but I'd have to pick Lara Croft. Both women are really in the crapper right now: Lara Croft got her ass kicked by Nathan Drake after he sideswiped her in a military Jeep lol, and how many terrible games has she been in? Jill was manipulated by Albert Wesker in Africa and almost got killed by Chris Redfield.
I'd have to base my decision on the game mechanics of each scenario: Lara killed a tyrannosaurus rex with dual pistols, and Jill almost got squished because she took a shotgun. Lara wins.
