Unfortunately, I don't meet the requirements. I am no rich by any means, but I think I can afford $10 to buy some games.

What I mean is, if you spend this $10, you will have to eat less food this month or something like that. I don't mean, people who have 0 money. Basically, I want poor people who meet the other requirements to enter. You don't have to be broke. Nothing against the middle class, rich and wealthy but they don't need my help.
