Too bad a lot of the younger generation hasn't heard of these bands. Aside from the last 3 all of them are phenomenal and actually helped shape my interest in music.

Tiberium Twilight had C&C references in its videos and... yeah.

I rather like her, because she's managed to very cleverly work her music on two different levels. It's catchy pop which mums and kids can hum on the bus, but it also has some deeper parts, some clever lyrics and a lot of clever references.
I wouldn't say it's just like all other bubblegum pop at all - at least not if you listen to the words. If you wanna hum along and just sing the chorus, it very well could be.

I don't hate her music, it's not my thing but what she does, she does do well.
