After speaking with the guy on groupees chat, it would seem he is the real guy. Apparently he is one of 2 people who worked on the game.

Hopefully, CBE and the Groupee people can come to some kind of agreement. I would be a shame to have JULIA withdrawn from the bundle, especially since as someone said in the chat, it's very good publicity for the game atm.

As far as I can make out, KISS are a sort of marketing company/agent who groupees have a contract with. 1C and Lace Mamba are both clients of KISS, so the money is definitely going to Lace Mamba. Hopefully this negative publicity will force Lace Mamba to pay up though...

I think Groupees should stop defending their position so much though... they come across as apologists for Lace Mamba.

It seems pretty clear now that the game is in this bundle as a last dirty cash grab on the part of Lace Mamba.

It's good that the dev knows about it, and is asking to be in contact directly with groupees. Who knows what will happen?

It's a kind of uncomfortable situation us customers find ourselves in.

Looks like a good bundle. But I know myself, I'll end up buying them on GOG anyway, so I won't get these for now.

Sad that things ended up happening like this, but I guess it was inevitable with how many bundles are out there that a shady company would use one as a last ditch cash grab.

Hopefully the J.U.L.I.A. devs get paid for this. Though I wonder even if they do, will the other companies with games in there through Lace Mamba get paid also? If other companies are being stiffed on checks, would that lead to the games being removed, or possibly steam keys being revoked?
