Yeah, but 1C is listed as the publisher on Wikipedia and GamersGate. Seems like an oversight, or Kiss represents 1C as well (they are also listed in the links page of Kiss).

This bundle is honestly the first time I've ever heard of KISS (aside from the band..).

I have been thinking to grab the bundle just for KB.

JULIA didn't seem so appealing to me (I didn't watch the trailer yet either), but I don't want to support a sham publisher who's scamming developers. So I'm curious to know their answer to kalirion's question.

I got this as part of the 1C pack on GG, and all I remember from trying it back then is getting my ass handed to me in the first fight.... never got past it, so don't know much about it, but it should be a game I should like. I may try it later at some point, but not before this bundle has run out at least.

most likely. It is sold DRM free every where else, and it is not on Steam.

It isn't on Steam or Desura, so I assume so. I have to say it looks pretty awful to me.
