He played a big part in many of our Amiga lives, It came from the desert and Wings

Sad :( RIP
That sucks, Cinemaware games weren't really my thing (too many "minigames") but they always had great music/sound design (the Amiga versions, at least). Did he compose Defender of the Crown too? Though it's good that the remake of Wings is happening this year, that's a good memorial.

EDIT: Also reminds me that Cinemaware said last year I think that their games would be coming to GOG eventually, yet they still aren't here :(

Would be awesome, but the Amiga versions were better! Although I could be blinded by nostalgia :p

Nostalgia? The Amiga versions have more colors in the graphics, and sound is better, I don't see how it's nostalgia, they were superior.
Note the tongue in cheek ;)
