ezri: your browser's spellcheck is set for American version of English where 'favourite' is spelt favorite. (mine FF is like that too)
same thing goes for:
colour
centre
past form of spell is spelt not spelled...
etc.
that's British English (which is also used in other commonwealth countries). It is not a mistake.
