I wish it only took wishlist votes, cause then we'd have lucas arts games here by now :P +1 regardless. The other way, is by looking for who owns the game rights and contacting them.. which in itself is often hard to get contact info, let alone figure out who owns the rights.

SimTower didn't have a DOS version, and I really don't know if there's a way to run 16-bit Win3.1 executables on 64-bit Windows systems.

SimTower probably won't appear because it can't be emulated in DOSBox (at least without Windows 3.1 installed through DOSBox, I guess). Perhaps a game based on SimTower could be created and released.
