Parvateshwar: Either way, if you know of a good JRPG that is
FOR PC and that has been released in the past 15 years let me know, I would love to broaden my base and get some new experiences with new games.
Since nobody can seem to comprehend
FOR PC let me help.
Free LEGAL GAMES
Barkley Shut Up & Jam Gaiden (Basketball themed futurist JRPG staring Charles Barkley. Funny as hell)
Exit Fate (The Unofficial TRUE Suikoden III in my eyes)
Guardian of Paradise (Kind of a Secret of Mana clone)
Last Scenario (Made by the creator of Exit Fate.... it resembles early Final Fantasy games)
Laxius Power 1-3 (All three games are super long & non linear... you could realistically spend anywhere from 200-500 hours trying to beat all three games *depending on what you do*)
Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages (Fan made sequel to SMRPG... only reason I claim this to be legal is due to IGN's Fileplanet hosting it)
The Spirit Engine 1 & 2 (admittedly, I have never played either game, but I always hear good things about them)
Retail Games
Final Fantasy VII (Yes... there is a pc version. It is still a great game all these years later)
Final Fantasy VIII (Yes... there is ALSO a pc version of this one. Some people don't like it as much as others, but I still think it is a solid addition into the series)
Recettear (A Secret of mana/shop running sim hybrid.)
Hopefully that helps you at least a little bit.
