It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

SYSTEM_WGETRC = c:/progra~1/wget/etc/wgetrc
syswgetrc = C:\Users\RadicalR\Desktop\JGoGDownloader\wget/etc/wgetrc

That's what I get when I run that command. So I think it logs in now, but... how do I get this script to run on the GUI?
Well, this downloader is going to became useless...

If this command ends well, also the GUI version should run well :s Have you tryed also the "console" version?

PS Sorry for the waiting, but, as I said some posts ago, my work is growing, so I can't dedicate myself to my pc and GoGs...

Not for non-Windows operating systems.

Also, it seems the link is giving a 404 (www.xenon1170.com/it/sperosoft-downloads.html seems to have vanished from the 'net).

Moved to www.xenon1170.com/it/sperosoft-downloads-it.html
Same problem for me on W7 64 bit: "Login failed, please try again". I'm logged in in IE8.
Maybe some informations getted by the application from the site have been changed, so now the application can't login, as it is based on the old ones. I need tests, but don't have enough time...
My advice to all windows users is to wait for the official downloader. After that, if you still find my downloader useful, please be patient, I'll fix it asap.
The error I got is:

-----------------

ERROR: cannot verify www.gog.com's certificate, issued by `/C=US/O=VeriSign, Inc./OU=VeriSign Trust Network/OU=Terms of use at https://www.verisign.com/rpa (c)09/CN=VeriSign Class 3 Secure Server CA - G2':
Unable to locally verify the issuer's authority.
To connect to www.gog.com insecurely, use `--no-check-certificate'.
Unable to establish SSL connection.

------------------------

If I recompile, ignoring the certificate, it works fine.

Thanks for including the source code.

Edit: note the new GoG downloader doesn't auto download the bonus files so there still will be a use for a program like this one.

hmm, I used the downloader last night to download all the JoWood Games... no problems at all with login, downloading and all other stuff :)
There is a problem with XIII. Loops on downloading cover and tries again, and again...

problem solved in GUI version of the app. Probably the image file that is tryng to download exists no more...
Do you plan to fix it on commandline version or have you dropped support for it ? I use the shell version as it's easier on linux.

EDIT :

I switched to GUI version to test. Another problem, this time with GUI : Knights and Merchants and XIII seems to have trouble.

The error that appears in console is :

Could not get the lenght of the file.
Trying again...

EDIT2 : Forgot to mention the machine. Running Ubuntu 10.10 on a netbook. 32bits. Up to date. (Won't install 11.04 due to Unity shit).

You can choose to use "Ubuntu classic" when logging in. Also, Unity isn't half bad on a low-resolution machine (not too hot on a high-resolution screen, but still decent)... in my opinion, of course.

Yes but no more compiz (or not easily) in Ubuntu Classic, not the same look and feel, and not as smooth on my netbook. Already tried.

If you want the new 11.04 base but no Unity then I suggest checking Linux Mint 11 "Katya". RC was released few days ago.

I'll fix, but don't know when :s

This is caused by wget, because sometimes it doesn't shows the file length. I tryed to fix by calling and calling again wget to take this parameter, but this doesn't work. I didn't try to fix in another way, because my goal is to develop the application all in Java. Surely I will start from that damn method that takes the length.

So are you suggesting to not upgrade?
