Not much there right now, but there are some great (awful) video game cartoons on there like Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda. Also, INSPECTOR GADGET.
EDIT:
After watching one minute of Inspector Gadget, how the hell did I ever get into this show?
Also, there's a show about Pole Position. Yeaaaaah.

Firstly: Is this legal?
Secondly: Does it work outside the US?
I ask because Hulu is unavailable in the UK (unless you do some things to fake where you are). Due to licensing issues, Hulu was supposed to come to the UK in October/November, but it seems to have been indefinitely postponed.
Thirdly, does it have that 90s X-men cartoon? I only caught a few episodes (sunday mornings) but it looked decent enough.
I didn't know inspector gadget had a mustache in the pilot episode.
Holy Crap! Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors! Mummies Alive! Dino Squad What a fantastically wonderful pile of cheese this website is!
I'm quite sure this is perfectly legal. I recently canceled my cable TV in favor of "internet TV" and its astounding how many legal sites there are like this around. Hulu is definitely not the only game in town.

I don't know if you can stream it in the UK, but I am pretty sure that each week they were streaming a few episodes of the 90s X-Men show over at Marvel.com

Slashcontrol.com is a pretty good one, it's the AOL one. And Sony puts up some sweet videos over at Crackle.com. But I would never cancel my TV subscription, there is something nice about cozing up in the couch and just channel surfing.

Oh I still sit on my couch and "channel" surf, except now I have the entire internet on my TV, instead of a mere 500 channels. Plus my cable bill (which includes my internet) was cut in half. Suck it Comcast!
Some great stuff on there. Especially Starcom, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Pole Position and Ulysses 31. There is a lot missing though. Centurions, M.A.S.K., Visionaries, Galaxy Rangers... lots of stuff.

Yeah, but I feel like since this site is so new, they'll have more later on.
Also, this site seems pretty legit. It's been mentioned on Giant Bomb and Kotaku, and it plays an ad right before it starts (if you don't have AdBlock Plus on Firefox, that is).
Just checked, definitely works in the UK
Grrrr, no Batman. But there IS Paddington Bear.

America only, I'm guessing. Slashcontrol is like that.

That would make sense considering it's AOL.

Have you tried the Cartoon Network or DCBeyond sites? I'm not sure if they stream outside of the US, but both of them have Batman cartoons.

That's a real disappointment. Was hoping the old animations would be streamed there.
