Usually I ignore spelling issues like that, because it's easy to figure out the intended meaning. But occasionally, I'll come across a post where multiple, sometimes opposing meanings could be valid depending on how you look at the mistake. A simple example might be "a part" versus "apart". So in my head I like to think of how I could reply to the unintended meaning and sow (sew? :D) confusion for the person.
